Lauren Simmonds is a personal stylist, author, and style strategist who helps mature women of impact align their image with their impact. She is the founder of The Fearless Fashionista®, a boutique personal styling agency that supports professional women in redefining how they show up in the world—confidently, stylishly, and authentically.

Lauren’s journey began in 2011, when she launched The Fearless Fashionista blog to document her personal style. Even as a child, Lauren was drawn to fashion, creating “high fashion” looks from towels, blankets, and her mother’s heels. That creative spark never left. Over time, her love for fashion evolved into a deeper purpose: helping women reconnect with their sense of self through style.

Lauren learned early in her corporate career how powerfully people respond to visual presentation. She saw how high-impact women with a defined personal style were perceived differently—commanding more respect, attention, and authority. That insight, paired with her creative instincts, led to an invitation to lead a workshop for interns. Though new to speaking, her session struck a chord—launching her journey as a trusted voice on style, presence, and professional impact.

Today, Lauren helps women elevate their style and, in turn, their lives. Her signature approach blends fashion, strategy, and emotional intelligence, allowing clients to move through life with more clarity, confidence, and personal power.
