After more than 30 years in corporate America, I’ve learned what style and leadership can do for a woman’s presence—and what happens when we get it wrong. I’ve seen the unspoken rules up close, and I’m ready to start sharing them. Some lessons will be inspiring. Some will be uncomfortable. But all of them come from lived experience.

Here’s the truth: I didn’t come into corporate America with the pedigree, the Ivy League degree, or the demographics that were supposed to guarantee success.

I made it anyway! With my dignity and self respect intact.

Along this multi-decade journey, I discovered how style could be used not just as decoration, but as strategy—as a way to command space, amplify my voice, and shift perception.

That’s why I’m now 100% focused on building The Fearless Fashionista®. This is more than a style consultancy. It’s a movement to help women leaders own their power, their presence, and their story through style.
