private style strategy for accomplished women

A wardrobe for the life you lead now

The Executive Edit is a private styling experience for accomplished women who want to look polished, current, and distinctly themselves without spending more time thinking about what to wear.

I assess what you own, create complete outfits, identify what is missing, and give you a clear wardrobe plan built around your body, lifestyle, and visibility.

Your responsibilities have grown. Your wardrobe should support them.

Perhaps your body has changed. Your work environment has become less defined. Your calendar now moves between leadership meetings, travel, presentations, dinners, community events, and days spent working from home.

You probably don’t need more clothes. You need a wardrobe that has been considered as carefully as the rest of your career.

sound familiar?

Your closet is full, but getting dressed still feels like work

You own good pieces, but they do not come together easily. You rely on the same few outfits because experimenting takes time you do not have. Shopping produces individual items, but rarely a more functional wardrobe.

You may also be moving through changes in your body, career, lifestyle, or level of visibility. What once worked no longer feels quite right, but you have not had the time or objective perspective to determine what comes next.

Imagine opening your closet and seeing complete answers.

Outfits already created. Proportions thoughtfully considered. New purchases selected to work with what you own. A clear visual reference for the moments that matter.

You can get dressed quickly because the decisions have already been made.

What my clients are saying

Testimonials

A woman in a silver, elegant, fitted evening gown standing indoors in front of a window with blinds, with a wooden cabinet and plants nearby, smiling at the camera.

“Working with Lauren completely changed how I see my wardrobe.”

I used to think everything had to match perfectly—brown top, brown pants, brown shoes. Lauren taught me that style is much more interesting than that. She showed me how to mix colors, textures, and pieces in ways I never would have imagined, and the results were amazing. Her eye for unexpected combinations helped me break out of my style rut and gave me a whole new perspective on my wardrobe. I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance and encouragement..

“After working with Lauren, I felt more feminine and powerful than I have in years.”

It wasn’t just about clothes—it was about reconnecting with myself. Her energy and wisdom lit something in me. I walked away feeling inspired, hopeful, and ready to fully own who I am—in style and in life.

– ANJANA D.

A woman sitting on a yellow couch wearing a green bomber jacket and green leather pants, with beige open-toe ankle boots, in a room with a colorful area rug, a small round table with books and glasses, and a window with patterned curtains in the background.

“Lauren helped me reimagine my wardrobe.”

I used to shop constantly but wore the same few pieces on repeat. Lauren helped me reimagine my wardrobe—mixing pieces, breaking up sets, and planning outfits with intention. Now I’m wearing what I love, letting go of what no longer fits who I am, and showing up with more confidence, joy, and purpose.

– TEMEKA R.

“Lauren helped me step outside my comfort zone, and now I feel fierce, fearless, and fully myself.”

She showed me how to mix unexpected elements, rethink neutrals, and truly get the most out of what I already own. The personalized style blueprint she created for me is a game changer because it outlines what works for me and why, and it’s become my go-to guide for getting dressed with confidence.
