A manager who isn't sure how to address an employee whose appearance is creating concerns. An executive who wants their team to project a more polished image to clients. Or an HR professional trying to balance flexibility, inclusion, and professionalism without creating unnecessary tension.
The workplace has changed dramatically over the last several years. Dress codes have relaxed. Expectations are less clear. And while many organizations have embraced greater flexibility, they've also inherited the uncertainty that comes with leaving employees to figure out what "professional" means today.
